ADVANTAGES OF ABCO FILLERS

We design our machines to fill a variety of plastic bags ranging from 1 liter to 75-gallon sizes. ABCO filler lines range from a simple manual bag-in-box filler to a fully automated high-speed filling system capable of 60 bags per minute. Manufacturers can run single-unit loose bags in a semi-automatic mode as well as strip bags for a fully automated filling process. In addition, our automated bag loader can separate bags in-line either before or after filling. With quick-change tooling, our systems accommodate any type of fitment from any manufacturer.

Every ABCO BIB system can be built to sanitary standards with the product surface constructed in T316 stainless, Teflon, product compatible elastomers, and 3A sanitary welds. Non-product surfaces are T304 stainless and fitted for clean-in-place (CIP) service. Our systems can fill chilled product or product with temperatures up to 185 °F (85 °C).  Fill levels and rates are fully programmable, and ABCO’s no drip fill valve design is second to none. Other standard features include bag and cap presence sensors, Allen Bradley controls, and quick-change tooling. ABCO’s BIB fillers provide the highest speeds and throughputs, +/- 0.3% filling accuracy, and the highest yields. TURNKEY LINES

ABCO Automation designs and builds complete automated packaging lines, including box forming, conveying, filling, box sealing, check weighing, labeling, palletizing and controls. We can provide concept development through equipment specification, acceptance testing, installation, start-up, and training. Every system is fully assembled and tested in our Greensboro, N.C. facility, providing for a smooth and productive startup.
